A bartender for the party you’re actually planning

A backyard birthday and a wedding cocktail hour need different plans. Start with the drinks you want to serve and the space you have available. We’ll review the service window, the menu and your venue’s requirements so the proposed setup fits the event.

Know what’s included before you book

A mobile bartending quote should make the division of responsibilities clear. We’ll identify the agreed service hours and staffing, along with any quoted equipment or supplies.

Tell us what you already have: a bar or table, ice and coolers, cups or glassware, mixers, garnishes and water. We’ll confirm what is included in our quote and what you need to arrange. Delivery, setup, cleanup and access requirements are confirmed for your event; don’t assume an item is included unless it appears in the agreement.

Who supplies the alcohol?

You do. The host purchases the alcohol in advance and has it available at the event. Margarita Dawgz does not sell alcohol or purchase and deliver it on the host’s behalf.

How much does a private bartender cost?

We provide a custom quote based on your date, location, service hours, guest count and planned drink service. Any requested equipment or supplies are listed separately. Send those details for a quote rather than relying on a generic hourly estimate.

How many bartenders will I need?

That depends on the drinks, event layout and how guests will arrive at the bar. Tell us about the busiest part of your event and we’ll review the staffing needed for the proposed service.

Can I book without a drink-machine rental?

Yes. You can request bartender service on its own, or ask about adding a frozen-drink machine.
